I. General introduction of gas diesel fired induction steam boiler for industrial production 

This boiler is horizontal type,fire tube,three pass shell boiler.It can burn heavy oil,light oil,city gas,natural gas,lpg,lng,cng(depend on the burner selected).Boiler furnace is corrugated furnace,burning under positive pressure,fully automatic control.

This boiler flue gas flow have three pass, fuel oil atomized by the burner burn in the corrugated furnace( first pass),then go to the reversal chamber for fire tube( second pass),then go into front chamber for fire tube again(third pass),then go to reversal chamber to chimney. There are chamber door and hole for maintance.

Boiler capacity:0.5-20ton/h

Boiler fuel:natural gas, lpg, lng, cng, diesel, heavy oil

Boiler pressure:below 2.5Mpa

Structure:horizontal, three pass, wet back, fire tube(we also have WNS series gas condensing boiler)

IV.Protective device of gas diesel fired induction steam boiler for industrial production 

1.Boiler equipped with autoalarm control system,function are as followed:

(1).High and low water level give sound and light alarm.

(2).Low water level interlock protection founction.

(3).Water level automatic control founction.

2.Boiler Fire off Protection :

If oil gas boiler fire off,if continue to supply fuel, the furnace may explode.This oil(gas) boiler burner equip with flam detection device,it can inspect the the furnace combustion condition.if gnition is failure or flamout halfway,it will close the oil(gas) solenoid vave in 5seconds(ignition),close the solenoid valve in 10 seconds(operation),and will Send out sound and light alarm signal. At this time,the forced draft fan continue working to blow off the flammable gas, after 20-30 seconds, the forced draft fan will stop working and all auxiliaries will power off automatically.

2.Normally we use 20 container, 40container or 20 flat rack container and 40 flat rack container to load it.

3.All goods will be reforced after packing into containers.
