The media of air filter is PU quadrafoam,and the quadrafoam is available in various pores per inch ranging from 10PPI--80PPI and different colors.About frame, roll formed into a strong sturdy performance,using 6063-T5 series aluminum.It can be customized different thickness of aluminum according to customer needs.As support mesh,expanded on our specially designed Uni-Grid equipment,using 1mm thick aluminum.Support net expanded aluminum is approximately 88% open to maximize air flow.And the frame and the support meshs are manufactured by injected molding.
